Ceci à la faveur d’un protocole simplifié, en respect des normes de prévention actuelles.</p><p>Le Secrétaire général, le Responsable Suivi-Evaluation, le Chef du Département de la Formation Continue et des Stages, le Chef du Département de la Formation Initiale et des Affaires Pédagogiques, le Chef du Service des Ressources Humaines, l’Agent Comptable, le Chef du Secrétariat Administratif et le Chef Division chargé du Matériel, ont reçu, chacun en ce qui le concerne, des mains du Directeur du CeFAL, Monsieur Christian Raoul KOUTHON, son contrat d’objectif, au titre de l’année en cours. Cet outil, en effet, participe de l'atteinte des objectifs du Programme II : Gouvernance et Développement à la Base du Document de Programmation Pluriannuelle des Dépenses (DPPD 2020-2022) du MDGL. Il précise les résultats attendus de chaque acteur, les indicateurs de performance et de management ainsi que les éléments de Motivation ou de Sanctions desdits acteurs, en cas d’atteinte ou non des résultats escomptés. Il y est spécifié, entre autres, que tout responsable sera félicité si le niveau de réalisation des tâches est parfaite et atteint au moins 85% physiquement et recevra, par contre, un avertissement voire un blâme, si les résultats ne sont pas atteints, de son fait (soit en dessous de 50%). Lesdits contrats prévoient par ailleurs qu’un retrait des attributions pourrait intervenir, en cas de négligence avérée de la part de tout chef Département, Service ou Division.</p>"
