Ceci, en prélude à la poursuite de l’appui du Centre à l’élaboration des plans communaux de formation.</p><p>Cette formation co-animée par Monsieur Paul OUATTARA, Assistant technique chargé du renforcement des capacités du PADT et Raouf BOUKARI BAH, Expert en ingénierie organisationnelle et en Ressources Humaines.</p><p>Il s’agit d’amener les cadres du CeFAL à s’approprier les connaissances et savoir-faire nécessaires pour l’élaboration, le suivi et l’évaluation d’un plan de formation. Cette session de formation permettra de construire un plan de formation des ressources humaines d’une structure, en général, et des Communes en particulier, d’élaborer les termes de référence pour la mise en œuvre d’un plan de formation et de suivre et d’évaluer les différentes étapes de réalisation d’un plan de formation avec les méthodes et outils appropriés. L’ingénierie de formation, l’analyse des besoins en formation le plan de formation, le cahier des charges de formation, la réponse en termes de formation, le coût de la formation, la réponse en termes de formation et le pilotage et le suivi du plan de formation</p>"
