  -content: "<p>En procédant à la clôture officielle de l’atelier, le jeudi 29 août 2019, Christian Raoul KOUTHON, Directeur du CeFAL, s’est réjoui de la participation massive des Secrétaires généraux de Mairie au : module de formation : « <strong>Management d’une entité communale</strong> ». 61 secrétaires généraux sur les 77 que comptent les Communes du Bénin ont participé activement en effet à ladite formation.</p><p>L’option de cette formation en effet répond à un besoin stratégique. Il s’est agi d’outiller les Secrétaires généraux de Mairies afin de leur permettre de mobiliser efficacement les ressources (humaines, techniques, financières) en vue d’atteindre les objectifs de développement à la base. Soixante-douze heures durant, l’occasion a été ainsi donnée aux Secrétaires généraux d’appréhender le management et sa démarche, la théorie des organisations et ses implications pour la Mairie, les spécificités de la mobilisation des ressources humaines et d’identifier leur style de leadership pour le développer.</p><p>A l’issue de la formation, les participants ont reçu des mains du Directeur du CeFAL et de leurs formateurs leur attestation de participation</p>"
