  -content: "<p>Le CeFAL a prêté mains fortes à l’ONG CECEDD sur sollicitation de la Fondation Hanns Seidel, ceci, dans le cadre d’un séminaire de renforcement des capacités des chefs de village et de quartiers de la Commune d’Abomey, du 06 au 07 mars 2019.</p><p>Vngt-huit (28) Chef(fe)s de villages et quartiers sur les quarante (40) attendu(e)s ont effectivement pris part à cette formation qui s’est déroulée à Abomey. Le CeFAL a sensibilisé à l’occasion les élus locaux sur deux thématiques : « la gestion foncière et domaniale (nouveau code : enjeu et rôle des CV/CQ » et « la gestion de l’Etat-civil (rôle des CV/CQ) ». Ces deux modules ont été animés par Monsieur Hyaceinte YASSINGUEZO, formateur au CeFAL.</p><p>Les deux modules ont été déroulés, en langue locale fon et en français, pendant environ trois heures d’horloge, suivant une démarche participative, avec de nombreuses séquences d’échanges et de partages d’expériences suivies de débats entretenus, autour des questions pratiques et vécues au quotidien. Ce partage a suscité beaucoup de questionnements sur le vécu des chef(fe)s de village et de quartier auxquels le formateur a apporté des éléments de réponses satisfaisantes.</p>"
