Ceci, à la faveur d’une formation organisée avec le concours financier sur le 11ème FED du Programme d’Appui au Développement Territorial.</p><p>Les règles de bonne conduite professionnelle constituent le substrat de cette formation animée par Paul LOKO LOKOSSOU, Sociologue/Expert en administration publique et assisté par Monsieur Charles Normil.</p><p>Ces règles, en lien avec la prestation de travail portent sur la ponctualité, l’assiduité et la compétence. Elles portent sur l’obéissance hiérarchique, la loyauté et l’allégeance à l’autorité constituée, pour ce qui a trait au lien avec l’organisation. En lien avec le service au public, ces règles concernent la courtoisie, la non-discrimination et la diligence.</p><p>En lien avec le comportement, ces règles ont pour noms, la discrétion, la neutralité politique, la réserve, la laïcité, l’honnêteté, l’impartialité l’absence de conflit d’intérêt et l’exclusivité du service. Les obligations de l’agent public sont aussi au cœur des échanges notamment celles liées à la prestation de travail comme la ponctualité, l’assiduité et la compétence. Les obligations en lien avec le service portent sur l’obéissance hiérarchique, la loyauté et l’allégeance à l’autorité constituée.</p><p>Il est fait mention de l’obligation de traiter le public avec égards et de l’obligation de diligence. En lien avec le comportement, sont mentionnés l’obligation de discrétion, l’obligation de faire preuve de neutralité politique et de réserve, l’obligation de laïcité, l’obligation d’agir avec honnêteté, l’’obligation d’agir avec impartialité, l’’obligation d’éviter tout conflit d’intérêts et l’obligation de l’exclusivité du service.</p><p>Les valeurs qui peuvent être développées dans les organisations ou services ont été rappelées.
