  -content: "<p>Le Personnel du Centre de Formation pour l’Administration Locale (CeFAL), l’instant d’une formation organisée à son profit à Bohicon, du 9 au 11 août 2021, avec le soutien du Programme d’Appui au Développement Territorial (PADT), a pris des engagements dans la perspective de la focalisation des énergies de l’ensemble des ressources humaines du centre, en cohérence avec la vision et les objectifs définis dans ses textes.</p><p>Le personnel du CeFAL, à l’occasion de cette formation, a pris des engagements dans le sens de la clarification du rôle de chaque employé, de l’instauration d’une culture d’encouragement et de la culture de l’esprit d’équipe. Diverses actions ont été préconisées à cet effet. Il y a lieu de mentionner l’organisation de séances d’appropriation des Contrats d’Objectif et de clarification des relations fonctionnelles entre les structures internes du Centre, l’organisation des séances de cadrage multi-acteurs avant la mise en œuvre de toute activité, la mise en place d’un système de règlement des différends à l’interne, l’instauration d’un système d’information adéquat… Ces mesures devraient contribuer in fine au renouvellement des habiletés de leadership des chefs de départements et de services vis-à-vis de leurs coéquipiers , booster la performance générale du CeFAL et dynamiser à travers les chefs de départements et de services le personnel pour un meilleur rendement. Au regard de la mission régalienne de haute importance du CeFAL pour l’avenir de la décentralisation au Bénin : « Contribuer à l’amélioration constante de la performance de l’administration locale par le renforcement des capacités des acteurs communaux », la focalisation des énergies de l’ensemble des ressources humaines du centre, en cohérence avec la vision et les objectifs définis dans ses textes devient impérieux, a fait observer Christian KOUTHON, Directeur du CeFAL, en procédant à l’ouverture de l’atelier. Marc OKRY, Régisseur du PADT a quant à lui imploré l’indulgence et toute l’attention des participants durant la formation afin qu’il soit apporté une plus-value au CeFAL à travers les recommandations issues de l’atelier.</p>"
