Ceci, à la faveur d’une formation organisée en leur faveur grâce à l’appui technique et financier de l’Union Européenne à travers le Programme d’Appui au Développement Territoriale (PADT), à l’hôtel « La Majesté » de Bohicon, du 02 au 04 juillet 2019.</p><p>Aimé GNIMADI, Assistant technique internationale, s’est, au nom du PADT, félicité de l’organisation de cette première action de formation qui, précise-t-il, participe du renforcement institutionnel du Centre de Formation pour l’Administration Locale.</p><p>Christian Raoul KOUTHON, Directeur du CeFAL, s’est réjoui de la sollicitude de l’Union Européenne à travers cette initiative de formation en faveur du CeFAL. Ceci augure d’un partenariat sincère et prometteur, a-t-il témoigné. Cette formation est animée par Monsieur Paul OUATTARA, Assistant technique chargé du renforcement des capacités du PADT. Elle vise à amener les cadres du CeFAL à s’approprier les connaissances et savoir-faire nécessaires à la conception, la préparation, l’organisation et l’évaluation d’un module de formation.</p><p>Cette session de formation permettra d’approfondir les connaissances des cadres du CeFAL sur les caractéristiques des participants à une formation , la rédaction des objectifs pédagogiques, le découpage de la formation en séquences, l’itinéraire pédagogique et le choix du contenu de la formation, l’estimation du coût de la formation : coût global, coût par participant.</p><p>Elle permettra aussi un partage d’expériences autour du choix et de l’utilisation des principales techniques de formation en fonction d’un groupe et des objectifs de la formation, la communication efficace en situation de formateur, le choix, l’utilisation des principaux supports de formation et l’évaluation des résultats d’une formation. La formation portera par ailleurs sur le contrôle de qualité des actions de formations initiées par les autres organismes de formation en faveur des agents territoriaux.</p>"
